Kick the sugary PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte) to the curb and spoon into these delicious, protein-packed snacks instead. Fall is just around the corner (12 days to exact) and that means ’tis the season for everything pumpkin spice. While I totally understand the sweet appeal of seasonal PSLs—over 70 percent of millennials wish that the Latte would be available all year long!—these bevs are way too caloric to be sipping on regularly especially if you are trying to watch your waistline.

Get your fall fix by spooning into something more slimming and satiating instead. One of my favorite yogurt brands such as Siggi’s and Chobani have officially rolled out their versions of pumpkin yogurt and I couldn’t be more excited to dig in! Siggi’s fall-inspired flavor, Pumpkin & Spice, features a clean ingredient list including skim milk, cream, pumpkin, and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.
And the nutritional ensure you’re indulging in a guilt-free snack: One cup contains 140 calories, 3 grams of fat (1.5 grams saturated), 14 grams of carbs (0 grams of fiber, 11 grams of sugar), and 15 grams of muscle-building protein.
