Food Sensitivities

Food sensitivities are more common than you think. I should know, I developed most of mine in my adulthood. Did you know that certain medications could cause food sensitivities? I’m not saying that it will happen. But as our bodies change so does what we can and can’t eat.

There is no “real” food sensitivity test. There are food intolerance tests out there. Some are expensive because they test for more than just foods. offers so many different tests besides food sensitivity test also I can be expensive depending on what kind of test kit you get.

If you don’t want to spend money on a food intolerance test, then you can do a food elimination diet. If that is what you want to do than you would want to start eliminating foods that you think are causing your stomach upset.

Pinner test is another food intolerance test. Also expensive. But Pinner offers a payment plan. I took pinner test last year.

If you are having food cravings, it could be because of food sensitivity. If you are eating or drinking something that your body doesn’t like it sends your body into a frenzy. That is why you probably have joint pain or brain fog.

You might be unknowing intolerant to milk, dairy or eggs. When you are eating those things it can slow your body down instead of giving you energy. Also by eating foods that don’t agree with you is making your body work harder In digesting those foods.

When you are sensitive to foods not all of the food gets digested. Some of the food particles enter your gut and circulation obviously those food particles don’t belong in your circulation.

When these antibodies hit your circulation that is when you will feel what are the side effects or immune response. In other words your body is waiting for another attack.

When Antibodies have nothing to do that is when the cravings kick in. What they crave is what you will crave. Those cravings won’t go away until you give in. Hopefully you won’t give in to those cravings.

All of this goes back to food sensitivity. If you ever feel off after you eat, don’t panic, it will be ok. I have a bunch of food sensitivities and I eat just fine. Actually, I eat better because now I know what was causing all of my stomach upset and rashes.

I hope this has helped you. If you have any questions, feel free to leave them below. Also, I will be sharing some of my favorite allergy friendly recipes. If you have any recipes you would like me to try and cook/bake please email and i would love to try them out.

Until next time Peace, Love and Happiness
