You won’t believe how many calories you’ll save by choosing this frozen fall treat over the latte. Halo Top wants you to say “halo” to fall with the return of its scrumptious seasonal flavor. And as you’ve probably guessed, it’s pumpkin pie! The fall-favorite features pumpkin-spice-infused ice cream and bits and pieces of pie crust swirled within. While that sounds like a delicious treat we can’t wait to get our hands on, these orange pints are only available between the beginning of September and the end of November. But if you act fast, you can snag a pint of Halo Top Pumpkin Pie for free!

Here’s how: Starting midnight on September 22—the first day of fall—log onto to print a coupon to redeem a free pint. And if you’re not too keen on pumpkin, you’ll be delighted to find out that the coupon allows you to pick any pint you want free of charge.  Halo tops President released this statement about the returning fall favorite flavor. “We’re excited to bring back Pumpkin Pie for our fans, one of our most successful flavors from last fall,” Doug Bouton, President & COO of Halo Top Creamery, said. “It’s the perfect fall flavor, and now our fans can enjoy a free pint on us to welcome our favorite season of the year.

How does Halo Top Pumpkin Pie Stack Up Nutritionally?

Pumpkin pie
To get an idea of how the Pumpkin Pie stacks up against your year-round go-to flavor, I’ve dug into the nutritional info below.
The entire pint packs in 360 calories and 20 grams of protein, deeming this pick one of the more caloric options.
However, if you stick to one half-cup serving, you’ll get just 90 calories, 3 grams of fat (1.5 grams saturated), 125 milligrams of sodium, 18 grams of carbs (3 grams of fiber, 7 grams of sugar), and 5 grams of protein.
Compare that to one slice of real pumpkin pie, which can pack in upwards of 300 calories and an entire day’s worth of added sugars.
And if you opt for a half-cup of the frozen dessert over a Grande PSL, you’ll save an impressive 290 calories, 11 grams of fat, and 43 grams of sugar!

Add this clove- and the cinnamon-spiced treat to your shopping list this autumn and then don’t miss our favorite low-cal tubs for the rest of the year.
